30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with CleanUrMac for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@cleanurmac.com
- Include your email address and license key
- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund:
- Monthly subscription (first month only)
- Yearly subscription (within 30 days of purchase)
- Lifetime license (within 30 days of purchase)
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase date
- Subscriptions that have been renewed multiple times
- Licenses that have been shared or transferred
- Violations of our Terms of Service
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:
- You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your license will remain active until the subscription expires
Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund, follow the process above.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on subscriptions. If you cancel a yearly subscription after 6 months, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 6 months.
Refund Processing Time
- Approval: Within 24-48 hours of your request
- Processing: 5-7 business days
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days (varies by bank)
After Refund
Once a refund is issued:
- Your license will be deactivated
- You'll lose access to premium features
- You can still use the free version to scan your Mac
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks (if you file a chargeback, you're not eligible for a refund)
