By downloading, installing, or using CleanUrMac, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our software.

2. License Grant

2.1 Free Version

CleanUrMac may be downloaded and used for free to scan your Mac. A paid license is required to execute cleanup operations.

2.2 Paid License

Upon purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CleanUrMac on one (1) Mac computer. Each license is tied to a single device.

2.3 License Types

  • Monthly: Subscription renews monthly until canceled
  • Yearly: Subscription renews annually until canceled
  • Lifetime: One-time payment for perpetual use

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Share, sell, or distribute your license key
  • Use the software for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to bypass license activation
  • Use the software on more devices than your license allows

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

4.2 Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price changes take effect.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with CleanUrMac, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Software Updates

All licenses include free software updates. We may release updates to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates are optional but recommended.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CleanUrMac is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure the software is safe and effective, we cannot guarantee it will meet all your requirements or be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any data loss, system damage, or other issues arising from the use of CleanUrMac. Always back up your data before using any system cleaning software.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of CleanUrMac is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect or access your personal files.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of CleanUrMac after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
